With over 15 years of experience, Eddy is continuing the tradition of excellence begun by his father, Lee. He has gained extensive knowledge of every aspect of the company and now oversees business operations, marketing and home building. Eddy strives to be on the cutting edge of new concepts in home building. He is not only involved in his company, but serves on commitees at state and national levels of the Home Builders Association.

Lee founded Mitzel Builders, his home building business in 1977. With great success, Lee expanded the business to include land development and today owns one of North Dakotas oldest home building and land development companies. With over 30 years of experience, he has made the Mitzel name synonymous with design, integrity and building excellence.
